Terry Hall

Owner/Sales Manager

Terry has lived in the Walla Walla Valley since 2005, moving first from Tri-Cities to Hermiston Oregon and then from Hermiston to Walla Wall. Terry got his start in HVAC from the crawlspace up, starting in the installations department, moving thru fabrications and into supervision. He enjoys cultivating relationships with customers and providing hands on superior customer service.

Terry’s unique perspective allows him to provide a wide variety of comfort solutions for his customers. Terry has been in the HVAC industry for over 25 years and currently holds NATE certifications and Oregon and Washington electrical licenses. Along with the many technical classes Terry has attended he has also attended numerous business and marketing classes.

Terry enjoys volunteering at the Walla Walla Catholic Schools, and coaching the softball team. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends on the river, fishing or boating with tubes flying behind them.


Maureen Hall

Owner/Accounting Manager

Maureen has lived in the Walla Walla Valley since 2005. She started her HVAC career with Campbell & Bruce in 1990 and worked with them for 2 years. Terry and Maureen married in 1991 and worked with Eclipse Heating and Cooling from 2002 until June of 2008. They then started TCS in July of 2008.

Maureen has attended classes including Service Dispatch University, Quickbooks for HVAC, CPR First Aid, Basic Contractor Accounting and Excel.

Maureen and Terry have one son, four daughters and three granddaughters. She is very involved with DeSales & Assumption Catholic Schools. Maureen enjoys spending time with her family, reading, walking, scrapbooking, watching her girls play sports and performing arts.


Rachel Klone

Office/Service Manager

I love working at Total Comfort Solutions, we are a positive and happy family…..no really it is a great place to work.

I am currently remodeling my home so I go to work and then go home and go to work. I enjoy the clients at Total Comfort. It is refreshing, coming from the Seattle area, to have people be realistic and appreciative of our services. Hope to talk to you soon.

CSR/Scheduler

I have worked in the CSR/Scheduling field most of my career and my experience is well aligned with the needs of Total Comfort Solutions. What I like about being a CSR/Scheduler is that I get to speak to many customers daily and build friendly relationships plus everyone TCS have been welcoming and friendly.

I really enjoy spending time with my family. I like to travel, see new places and try new things. I also really enjoy photography.


Daisha Hall

Install Coordinator

I am excited to be entering into the HVAC and Construction world. Having been raised by parents who are very active in the industry, my interest has always been peaked. I have been waiting for years for the right position and timing in my life to line up so I could have the opportunity to join the TCS team.

I enjoy anything outdoors and anything fun!

I am truly excited to be part of the team and help in every way I can.


Michael Fetty

HVAC Service Technician

I started out in the industry in trade school 26 years ago. Taking sheet metal classes in Boston and Las Vegas. The best part about my job is providing heating and cooling solutions for our customers. Every day is a new challenge and I get to meet great people. At home my wife and I and our three boys raise goats, chickens and we even have a donkey. I think Walla Walla is a great place to raise a family.


Chris McFetridge

HVAC Installations Supervisor

I have been in the HVAC industry for a long time, over 30 years and I am learning still. I appreciate the opportunity that Total Comfort Solutions has provided me to supervise and coach the installations department. I enjoy trouble shooting systems and finding new ways to make people comfortable.

I am fortunate to have my grown children and grand children near me. We like to hunt and fish and just spend time together.

I have only been in the HVAC field for a short time. I attended HVAC school here in Walla Walla at the Community College. I was looking for a career that I could provide a good life for my family and also challenge myself.

I enjoy barbecuing, spending time outdoors and watching a good movie with my daughter.

I am very excited to begin my career with TCS.


Cameron Williams

I moved here from Columbus, Georgia. It’s been a dream of mine to move to the Pacific Northwest. I am a very outdoors guy. Hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, and camping tend to keep me busy in my “Down Time”

I have always enjoyed working with my hands. I wanted to learn a skill or trade that no one could ever take away from me. In HVAC every job is something new or different, I really like that. Installing units over the past 7 years I have seen technology change before my eyes, You are always learning something.


Trent Hetterley

HVAC Installer

I grew up in the Walla Walla Valley. I have been in the HVAC Industry for 10+ years and worked for TCS since 2005. I enjoy working for the customers and getting them the heating and cooling systems in their homes. The training I have attended includes: TOP Gun, Gastite, Rinnai, Air Flow, Product training and CPR First Aid.

In my spare time, I love any athletic activities. Traditional bowhunting is a passion and running is my addiction. I have two daughters that I love very much.


Mike (Mikey) Cook

HVAC Service Technician

I like making music. I play the guitar and sing. My wife and I used to be in a band. Then we had kids. I have two daughters, Harper and Miranda, and they keep my wife and me busy.

In the 12 years, I have been in the HVAC industry I have found the most rewarding part for me is meeting people. So many different people and so many different HVAC systems. Every day is fun. I enjoy my job at Total Comfort Solutions it has allowed me to grow as a professional and provide for my family. I hope I get to meet you all soon.


Stan Bly

Lead Plumber

I started in the auto repair industry and decided to do something different after a few years. I have been plumbing now for over 20 years and I really enjoy meeting new people. My family and I enjoy spending time outdoors hunting, boating and supporting my children in their sporting and trap shooting events. I am active in the Walla Walla County Fair and Rodeo. I look forward to meeting you all.


Trevor Crossman

Plumber

I was encouraged by my friend’s parent to start my apprenticeship shortly after my high school graduation. I started in construction (plumbing and HVAC) in 1991. I became a journeyman plumber in 1996. I am not a desk type of guy. I want to be outside working with my hands. I pride myself in making sure things are done correctly and that I will not have to come back.

If I am not at an auction, in church, or visiting friends/family, generally I am working on my 1910 home. Occasionally I ride my motorcycle, go camping, hunt for elk and deer and go fishing.


Jeremy Millan

Comfort Consultant

I have been I the HVAC field for about 5 ½ years, I love making people smile, being able to work outside and be at different job locations throughout the day.

I spend most, if not all of my free time doing activities with my family such as hiking, camping, and kayaking. In the winter months we are really big on skiing and snowboarding.


Daniel Pennington

Service Technician

Daniel moved to Walla Walla from Missouri in September of 2017. He has always been a mechanic, he grew up working on cars and household appliances. He was able to become a refrigeration mechanic in 2013 and enjoys that this industry has a lot to offer and that this job requires training. Daniel recently joined the Total Comfort Solutions team and we are glad to have him! When he is not tinkering, you can find Daniel in the outdoors.


Laura Warren

Accounting Assistant

Laura is a part of our accounting department, and we are so thankful! Laura has done the accounting for a small business before, however, this is her first time working in this industry. She enjoys learning new things and working at TCS has allowed her to do just that. She claims that she is enjoying learning the behind the scenes operations for HVAC and Plumbing. She enjoys the familiar atmosphere we have here at Total Comfort Solutions. She has 15 years of experience with accounting and actually taught Latin for 15 years. She is an avid reader, enjoys games and puzzles, and loves classical languages. She and her daughter moved back to the area after spending a number of years on the East Coast and she is enjoying being back. We are excited to have Laura as apart of our team!


Jeffery Dieu

Jeff graduated from the NW HVAC Association school from technicians in Spokane and has now been a technician Total Comfort for a while now! Jeff grew up in Dayton, Wa and really enjoys hunting, cooking and just about anything where he can be outdoors. At one-point Jeff thought that he might want to be a chef, but decided that the lifestyle of an HVAC technician was more up his alley and enjoys that there is a lot of room to grow in the industry. He has become our oil furnace go to guy and has been doing a great job!

Jamie Coombs

HVAC Installer

Jamie graduated from the Perry School of Technicians in Yakima and credits his father and the instructors at the school for helping him decide to attend this school and get into the HVAC industry. He enjoys the problem solving aspect involved in HVAC and seeing this finished product. Jamie enjoys being outdoors, sports, and pretty much anything active. He recently moved to Walla Walla and is enjoying the outdoor activities the area has to offer.


Justin Hickman

HVAC Installer

Justin Hickman has been apart of the Total Comfort for a year now, but he has been in the industry for a couple of years. He decided to get into heating and air conditioning to find a workplace that a good combination of physical and mental exercises. He like that you to think and work through installs, no two installs are the exact same. He also is an avid bowler, like to play football and lift weights. He is from Walla Walla and is raising two boys. We’re glad Justin is apart of the team, he is an asset to the install department especially with all of the metal fabrication he is able to help with.


Michael Richards

Plumbing Apprentice

Mike Richards has been in the plumbing industry for over 5 years now and really enjoys the physical labor and interacting with members of our community. He enjoys that there is always something different and new. No two days are the same. In his spare time he spends time raising 3 boys with his wife here in Walla Walla. He also gets out to go snowboarding and longboarding. He looks forward to getting to help ya out if he can.


Brian Tampa

Warehouse Manager

Brian moved from California with his wife and young daughter to join the Total Comfort team in 2018. He has been apart of the industry for four years and has now been with Total Comfort for over a year. His hobbies include supporting his LA Dodgers and Kings, traveling to Arizona to see his family, and he enjoys taking the boat out on the lake. He enjoys helping others and is always around to lend a hand to someone in need.


Emily Gunter

Service Dispatcher

Emily is new to the construction industry and the TCS team, but she is looking forward to broadening her knowledge and abilities. Her background is in the automotive and marine industries. She and her husband are raising 3 children in College Place. She is from the Walla Walla area and enjoys camping, traveling, hiking and exploring our Blue Mountains. She is very involved with her children’s sports and 4-H activities year-round.
