Wow 9 years now here at Total Comfort Solutions, who would have thought when I was day dreaming in school that I could be an HVAC technician. I have been in the industry now for 33 years and I still enjoy the changing environment and helping people.

I have enjoyed my work but I love my little farm. We have lots of animals on the farm, I am a 4-H leader and I like to spend as much time as I can with my wife and three sons. I do enjoy a sci fi movie once in awhile on a Sunday afternoon.

Warehouse Manager

Mike Cook

I have lived in the Walla Walla area my whole life. I love working with my hands and having the ability to work on my own. Working with my hands keeps my mind active so I know I did not want to work in “Fast Food”. The opportunity here at TCS has been great; my father is a plumber, so I have been around plumbing my whole life. Plumbing and HVAC have a lot in common. My job is to make sure we have all the parts when we need them. I enjoy taking photos, over landing, and spending time with my close friends.

Stan Bly

I started in the auto repair industry and decided to do something different after a few years. I have been plumbing now for over 20 years and I really enjoy meeting new people. I look forward to meeting you all.

Service Technician

Jeffrey Holway Jr.

I got into this industry because it’s a way to be able to give back and service my home town that has provided me with the lifestyle and freedom I had as a kid growing up. On of the biggest things that attracted me to this industry is that it is always busy and in demand.

I was born and raised in Walla Walla. I like to be outside, golfing, fishing, camping and auto sports are some of my hobbies I enjoy a long with hanging out with my cat

CSR & Sales Coordinator

Kim Carlson

Working with Customers is the thing I like best about my job. I like to think I can help make a difference. I was a dispatcher for another company for 8 years and I just happened to see the advertisement for a dispatcher for TCS and I applied. The rest as they say is history.

I have lived in Walla Walla for 9 years with my husband and our 11-year-old daughter. My most favorite activity is spending time with my family. Just as long as we’re together, it doesn’t matter what we do.

I grew up in Eugene, OR and have always thought of the Pacific Northwest as my home. I have also lived in Brazil, Utah, and Texas. I love adventuring outdoors with my Wife and Son. We spend our weekends typically bicycling, hiking, kayaking, hanging out with our 3 dogs, and exploring the area. We moved from Dallas, TX to Walla Walla because I wanted to be a part of the TCS Family and make an impact in the lives of others around me.
