Company History

Total Comfort Solutions owners Terry and Maureen Hall met while both working for a heating and cooling company in the Tri-Cities in 1990. They fell in love and eventually started both a family and a business.

For a decade, the couple raised their son and four daughters in Hermiston while continuing to work in the heating and cooling industry. In 2005, the couple purchased Blue Mountain Heating and Cooling and moved as a family to Walla Walla.

In time, they changed the company name to Total Comfort Solutions. As Total Comfort Solutions continued to grow, it absorbed Schaefer Refrigeration and incorporated Bly Plumbing, effectively adding plumbing solutions to their services.
