Meet the Team

I have lived in the Walla Walla Valley since 2005. I started my HVAC career with Campbell & Bruce in 1990 and worked with them for two years where I met Terry. Terry and I married in 1991. We moved to Hermiston in 1995 and opened Eclipse Heating and Cooling in 2002. In July of 2008, we started Total Comfort Solutions and have enjoyed building it into the company that it is today!
I have one son, four daughters, and an ever-expanding army of grandchildren. I enjoy being involved in our community especially with our local Catholic Church and the Exchange Club. When we get a chance to step away from the business, I enjoy traveling, visiting with my children and grandchildren, fishing, camping, gardening and being an empty nester.

I have been in the HVAC industry for over thirty years now, I got my start in HVAC in the Tri-Cities in 1990. My career in HVAC has evolved from the crawlspace up, starting in the installations department, moving thru fabrications and into supervision. My family and I lived in Hermiston, Oregon from 1995 to 2005 where I continued to grow in my knowledge of HVAC and business, taking my first venture into owning an HVAC company. In 2005, I moved to the Walla Walla Valley and started Total Comfort Solutions with my wife and business partner in 2008.
I enjoy cultivating relationships with customers and providing hands on super customer service. My unique perspective allows me to provide a wide variety of comfort solutions for my customers. As our company has grown, my knowledge base has expanded through numerous trainings on marketing and business. I also hold current electrical licenses.
I love Walla Walla and enjoy volunteering and being an active member of the community here. In thirty years of marriage, my wife and I have raised five children and welcomed seven (and counting!) grandchildren. I love to spend time with my family and friends on the river, fishing and boating.

I have been around this industry my whole life, thanks to my parents. After having a baby this summer, it felt like the right time to come back to my roots and apply my Accounting degree to the family company. I like how unique the service industry is. Everybody knows about it, but few people understand it. I have worked on and off for Total Comfort Solutions since it began, but started in this role in October 2021.
I love to bake. My main treat is cookies and cupcakes, but I also love to make pies, crisps, and other treats. I also love to travel and am always planning our next adventures. I married my high school sweetheart in 2018 and we welcomed our first child in July 2021. We also have two dogs, Bailey and Ellie.

Accounting appeals to my love of numbers and patterns, my interest in details, and my satisfaction when solving a puzzle. I spent fifteen years in accounting, followed by fifteen years teaching Latin, before joining the Total Comfort Solutions family in August 2019. While I have done accounting for small businesses before, this is my first time working in this industry. I enjoy learning new things and working at TCS has allowed me to do just that--by teaching me the behind-the-scenes operations for HVAC and plumbing. I particularly enjoy the familial atmosphere at TCS and interacting with all my coworkers in my role in Human Resources.
I am an avid reader, enjoy puzzles, games, words and etymology, and am a lifelong student of Egyptian, Greek, and Roman culture and languages. I grew up in the Walla Walla Valley and recently moved back after spending several years on the East Coast. I have a teenage daughter, Manon, and am currently in permanent servitude to four entitled cats.

My experience in marketing started with receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Communication Studies from Gonzaga University in 2015. Since then, I’ve used my marketing skills working in both Higher Education and K-12. I started in my role as the Marketing Manager for Total Comfort Solutions in November 2021 and it will be my first time working back in the industry since working part-time for Total Comfort in high school. I love that Total Comfort Solutions is so integrated with the community of Walla Walla. I am excited to incorporate my love of education by promoting trade school, HVAC, and Plumbing industry jobs to high school graduates through my role at Total Comfort. I love being outdoors – especially hiking and boating. I have always loved reading and crafting. Most nights you can find me testing out a new recipe – I love cooking for family and friends. I recently moved back to Eastern Washington after living in Flagstaff, Arizona for the past six years. I live in Pasco, Washington with my fiancée’ Nick and hound dog, Daisy Mae! We are excited to welcome our first child in May 2022.

Working with customers is the thing that I like best about my job. I like to think I can help make a difference. I was a dispatcher for another company for eight years. In July 2020, I just happened to see the advertisement for a dispatcher for Total Comfort Solutions and I applied. The rest, as they say, is history.
I moved to Walla Walla in 2012 with my husband and daughter. My most favorite activity is spending time with my family. Just as long as we’re together, it doesn’t matter what we do.

I started in the auto repair industry and decided to do something different after a few years. I have been plumbing now for over 20 years and I really enjoy meeting new people. I joined the Total Comfort Solutions team in 2017. My family and I enjoy spending time outdoors hunting, boating and supporting my children in their sporting and trap shooting events. I am active in the Walla Walla County Fair and Rodeo. I look forward to meeting you all.

I started at Total Comfort Solutions in February of 2020. I am new to HVAC, but have a background in customer service in the automotive and marine industries. I am confident my abilities will transfer over to be a good Dispatcher.
My husband and I and our three children love camping, traveling, hiking and exploring the beautiful Blue Mountains. I also am very involved with my kids in sports year-round and 4-H

I've been plumbing since 2019. I joined the Total Comfort team in 2023 when I moved to the Walla Walla area from Boise, Idaho. I have 3 kids who are absolutely amazing. I enjoy snowboarding when I get the chance, I also enjoy playing guitar and bass, and singing karaoke.

I grew up in the Walla Walla Valley. I have been in the HVAC Industry for 10+ years and have worked for Total Comfort Solutions since 2005. I enjoy working for the customers and getting them the heating and cooling systems in their homes. Trainings that I have attended include: TOP Gun, Gastite, Rinnai, Air Flow, Product training and CPR/First Aid.
In my spare time, I love any athletic activities. Traditional Bow hunting is a passion and outdoor activities are my addiction. I have two daughters and one son that I love very much.

I have worked in Customer Service and Scheduling for most of my career, I started with Total Comfort Solutions in November 2018 as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted into my current role as Install Coordinator. Everyone here at Total Comfort has been welcoming and friendly.
I really enjoy spending time with my family. I like adventures, visiting new places, meeting new people, and trying new things. I also really enjoy snapping photos.

I have been in this industry and working with Total Comfort Solutions since August 2021. I am excited about the opportunity to learn the trade and about the room for growth. Total Comfort has a great group of leaders. I like working with a bunch of skilled people. I feel like I am in school every single day – there are lots of hands-on learning opportunities.
I enjoy spending lots of time with family. During the summer, we enjoy camping, floating and barbecuing at the river. I love both watching soccer and football and playing them with my kids. I run a small business with my wife. I live in Walla Walla with my wife, Elisha, and our three children. We also have 2 cats – Cupcake and Sprinkles.

I grew up in Eugene, OR and have always thought of the Pacific Northwest as my home. I have also lived in Brazil, Utah, and Texas. I love adventuring outdoors with my Wife and Son. We spend our weekends bicycling, hiking, kayaking, hanging out with our 3 dogs, and exploring the area.
We moved from Dallas, TX to Walla Walla because I wanted to be a part of the TCS Family and make an impact in the lives of others around me. We have enjoyed our time here and are excited to be a part of this great community!

Wow, 10+ years now here at Total Comfort Solutions (since 2012)! Who would have thought when I was day dreaming in school that I could be an HVAC technician? I have been in the industry now for over thirty years since 1988 and I still enjoy the changing environment and helping people.
I have enjoyed my work, but I love my little farm. We have lots of animals on the farm, I am a 4-H leader and I like to spend as much time as I can with my wife and three sons. We enjoy hiking and a sci fi movie occasionally on a Sunday afternoon.

Hi, I'm Jahir (pronounded "Hi Ear")! I completed the Perry Tech HVAC-R program and started working with Total Comfort in June 2023. I chose the HVAC program because it seemed really interesting and there was a wide variety of skills to learn! I moved to Walla Walla from the Yakima area and I love how calm it is here! I enjoy going out on the weekends and spending time with my two dogs.

I have been with Total Comfort Solutions since June of 2020. I love working with people, helping them to be comfortable and happy in their home. I enjoy educating people on what is possible and helping them understand their heat and cooling system.
I have 5 children, and recently welcomed my first grandchild, so there isn’t much I don’t do. WE love to be active and outside. If my kids are into something, so am I. My family and I have been in Walla Walla for 3 years, wish it would have been sooner, but we are here now and that is what matters. I joined the Total Comfort Solutions team in August 2022. Before this role, I worked in a variety of positions throughout Washington. I am happy to make a home here in Walla Walla and to help people find a home comfort system that meets all of their needs! My kids are my pride and joy.

I am new to the HVAC industry and joined the Total Comfort Solutions team in January 2022. I am very excited for the opportunity to expand my understanding of HVAC systems and the industry as a whole. I enjoy having the opportunity to work with my hands. I enjoy working with a company that is like a family. I live in the Walla Walla Valley with my wife. We enjoy spending time with our son, daughter, granddaughter and our two dogs, Ireland and Tubs. In my free time, I enjoy watching baseball, completing puzzles, and working with car models.

I started at Total Comfort in late 2022 when I was approached by a previous coworker who had started working here and recommended that I join the team! This is my first position in this industry, but my long term goal is to get into Electrical work. Learning HVAC has been a great introduction and a stepping stone towards becoming an electrician. I have enjoyed meeting everyone and helping with Parts Runs. I am learning new things every day.
I have lived in Walla Walla for the last twenty years with a few stints in various places related to my Dad's military position. My Fiancée and I are enjoying raising our young son. We have a dog, cat, fishes and chickens.
